o Manage the Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management program for the Commercial Bank division. Risk advise and maintain relationships with the subject matter experts, accountable executives, and related stakeholders for 70 business process teams by providing guidance for and assistance with all new developments and deliverables related to this program.o Provide monthly PowerPoint summaries and verbal updates to the leadership team on performance metrics, enterprise policy changes, and statuses on key deliverables.o Lead policy formulation and updates for the program. Coordinate with enterprise liaisons and adjacent teams to develop and update written policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the language in enterprise requirements, as well as to determine effectiveness during assessments.o Manage the bi-annual BC plan quality assurance project. Evaluate, describe required updates, and make recommendations concerning 70 plans across 8 lines of business. Lead mass stakeholder meetings and one-on-one guidance sessions to ensure proper content and 100% accountable executive approval of every plan by each due date.o Develop, coordinate, and implement resiliency exercises specific to personnel, facilities, outside vendor relationships, and emergency communications. This results in 60 personnel, 175 workplace, 60 vendor, and 2 emergency communication tests annually, as well as 2-3 enterprise-level tabletop exercises per year.o Serve as the Commercial Business Risk Officer during AWS Technology Recovery Exercises and corresponding work tied to these enterprise-level events. Partner with the Commercial Technology team to complete event preparatory actions and to provide status updates to leadership.o Manage the business continuity management training program by creating and delivering educational material for new-to-role and experienced employees on a monthly basis.

o Hurricane Maria Relief: Led a patient transport team consisting of 12 soldiers and 6 vehicles. Coordinated with Health and Human Services staff to transport 180 patients to appropriate healthcare facilities. Supervised the military medical support of 38 missions that integrated teams from 4 federal agencies to deliver patient care services to isolated communities in central Puerto Rico.o Platoon Leader responsible for 25 soldiers and 6 vehicles during Guardian Response 2018 and 2019, which is an annual CBRNE exercise organized by U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and centered on FEMA’s National Planning Scenario 1 (Nuclear Detonation). Collaborated directly with FEMA Incident Commanders and coordinated medical convoy missions with two adjacent companies.o Operations Officer: Managed the development and training program for 75 soldiers. Ensured the provision of patient care, ground evacuation, command and control, and basic soldier skills training.o Platoon Leader: Responsible for the performance and welfare of 25 Combat Medic Specialists. Monitored evaluation, medical, and physical fitness statuses to ensure deployment readiness.

o Facilitated public assistance to Virginia applicants impacted by Hurricane’s Florence and Michael.o Scheduled and conducted meetings with applicants throughout all phases of the application process to discuss tasks to be completed, assist with data entry, and follow-up on the progress made.o Utilized FEMA’s public assistance policy guidelines and delivery model to conduct extensive research on eligibility requirements and to manage projects.

o Accessed the report distribution software Report2Web in order to analyze the accuracy rates and work volume data of employees regarding the collection of demographic and health insurance information.o Utilized Microsoft Excel to organize data into tables and create charts that visually showed the biweekly performance trends of clinics. Shared this information with clinic supervisors.o Visited clinics in order to observe work tendencies and provide one-on-one coaching. Wrote reports to summarize observations and provide appropriate recommendations for supervisors.o Created monthly Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to show the totals and averages for class survey data, trainer survey data, and the daily tasks breakdown for coworkers.o Taught 4 to 5 new-user classes per month on the fundamentals of managing patient records in GE-IDX.
