From my role with this organization I gained invaluable experience in heavy industry in the entire scope of the EHS profession and significant experience in Human Resources. I was solely responsible for leading the safety and occupational health effort at the silicon metal production facility and all the associated operations such as power generation (hydro and steam), shipping, and rail operations.
