 To analyze the customer drawing or the design of the assembly. To Conduct Team Feasibility Commitment (TFC) and Cross Functional Team (CFT). Preparing of proposal drawings for MIM specific features like parting line, gate mark, ejector pin Marks, Inspection method of parts to get approvals from customers. To give input data’s for mold design as per MIM and tool manufacturing Feasibilities.  Analyzing and designing concepts of gauges and fixtures for the product. To interact with vendors for fixing the prizes of gauges and fixtures  Executing the processes and developing the product as per the requirements of customers.  Samples Inspection and Submission to Customer before the committed date for Approval Creating PFD, CP, PPAP, APQP documents, Work Instructions as per TS16949 standards and conducting review meetings. Interact with customer for Customer, Customer Requirements and Quality Issues. Interaction with various departments to reduce the manufacturing lead time. To monitor as a leader for the pilot batch of the part from design to packing. Deriving the Optimum Process Flow for the product. Derive the Final Inspection Plan for the Production and get approval from Customer. Interacting with the customers and successfully handling customer feedback. Fully responsible for products from part development stage to acting upon customer feedback. Handling projects from customers like Ingersoll Rand Security Systems, Leatherman, Rutherford Controls, Grace Engineering & South Co.
