 Chief Responsibilities include the Following :- To ensure that the school progresses year on year in terms of reputation, financial health & admissions till Grade 12 from Kindergarten. [introduced Kindergarten section for AY 2016-17]  To ensure that all functions of the school are running smoothly, that includes Admissions, Academic Delivery & support operational functions of the school.  To ensure and maintain the performance of Educators and students and thereby achieve excellent academic performance and a smooth functioning of the school. This also includes defining a proven pedagogy structure to boost results, and implementing it on a day-to-day basis to ensure consistent and uncompromising delivery at the school.  Develops, Implements and Executes school plans in accordance with LPSA philosophy.  Collaborates internally to successfully implement effective recruiting, training, assessment and development.  Set the academic tone, hire, evaluate, and help improve the skills of teachers and other staff.  Visit classrooms, observe teaching methods, review instructional objectives, and examine learning materials.  Design, Manage, & direct teachers, office staff and support staff, providing guidance to achieve excellence in academics, extra-curricular activities as well as holistic development of children.  Actively work with teachers to develop and maintain high curriculum standards, develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives.  Plan for the upcoming year, participate in workshops and ensure the availability of adequate staff for the school year.  Supervise the preparation and administration of examinations, help teachers to grade them in a timely manner, and provide feedback to the students.  Curriculum development: Formulate syllabus with learning objectives with the help of various feedbacks received upon delivering of each plans.  Organizing training and skill development programs for teachers and organ

 Supervised Extended Essays in Physics with students scoring B in EE. Tutor to grade 11 and counselling them for career opportunities.  Heading the Student Representative Council [Head Boy, Head girl, Deputy Head boy and Head girl and Year leaders].  Member of Assessment Committee.[overseeing the assessment in whole school and to provide guidance to teaching faculties ] Member of School life Committee.[overseeing the operational procedure as a team of Whole school, reviewing and drafting the documents for smooth running of school] Successfully conducted Science quiz based on the show THE WEAKEST LINK at whole school level. Successfully supervised Service project under CAS – Women Empowerment in neighboring village. Supervised service project on ENGLISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL for hospitality Service employees working in Aamby Valley City.
