I was originally hired as an internal developer and within 3 years became the sole administrator, technology department manager, help desk, and technical/solution architect. The internal user base ranged from 50-100 throughout my tenure.Outside of routine administrative duties, I regularly met with internal stakeholders across all departments and titles to discover ways in which we could improve upon existing business processes as well as create new solutions. I handled any Salesforce and software related support inquiries for our internal team and administered Atlassian suite(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Google Workspace, Slack, and other applications used by the team. My listening skills, adaptability, communication and tenacity made me well suited for this complex and challenging role.

Started as a rural associate which is a temporary position and quickly proved my worth and made it to a salaried position. I had to learn two mail routes, one I had to sub for occasionally, for which I was tasked with sorting and casing the mail. The mail then had to be loaded into the truck to be taken for delivery in the allotted time. This position is customer service oriented so talking to customers and making sure they were happy and getting the proper mail was a daily requirement.
