-Act as a Co-Lead Responsible Engineer supporting (business and non-business hours) internal customers (300+ users) by configuring and troubleshooting under a fast-paced environment for our real-time testing software-Design and implement new tools for our ground system software using Eclipse in Java, C/C++, and TCL to satisfy customers’ requirements that are now used by 300+ users-Develop, maintain and support our new testing system while transitioning from the older unmaintained system-Set up and maintain Bugzilla for bug tracking and cross referencing version control system (CVS and Mercurial) into it-Improved ground software system to reduce test time for spacecrafts – a process that saved 13 hours of test execution time per test phase

-Monitored both systems and network performances that serve the e-payment needs of merchants worldwide-Provided first level support, troubleshot problems under a fast-paced environment, writing scripts and web-based applications using Perl, PHP, and Shell Script to automate some job duties

-Develop a web-based application for tracking technical issues with customers using HTML, PHP, and JavaScript-Provide different time-framed reports on the total time spent on tickets and customers

-Tutored 40+ students ranged from kindergarteners to high school students. Graded their homework and class work, and advised students on Mathematics and Reading.
