- Responsible for developing and maintaining of Quality Management System / Procedures / Inspection Instructions across manufacturing sites.- Plan and conduct internal/external audits.- Work with the cross functional team to improve the process/product quality.- Liaise with customer on quality issues and reports.- Support with New Product Introduction and First Article approval.

- Develop entire product qualification plan per requirements from customers as guideline. The qualification package includes:a. Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFMA)b. Process FMEAc. First Article submissiond. Quality Control Plane. Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR & R)f. Process Sample Approval (PSA)g. Serial Process Verification Run (SPVR)- Correspond with the customer for product quality requirement and specifications.- Coordinate the preparations of all new project quality related documents and revision control, including both in-house and customers’ specifications.- Coordinate on product qualification and sample/ product submission approval as well as product spec change handling.- Review quality specifications, establish spec guide and provide training/ briefing to the line on quality requirements- Responsible for new defect judgement, quality spec finalization, revision of in-process and outgoing control plan and handling on correspond to any customer complaint & feedback.

- Assist Hardware Engineer to observe and record the data of testing.- Construct testing boards for component value measurement.- Test the continuity of electronic components on circuit board.- Assist Test Engineer to perform reliability test on products.
