During my tenure at PwC, I successfully led several high-impact cybersecurity transformation initiatives for major North American clients. For one of the largest retail companies in Canada, I spearheaded their CyberSecurity Transformation program, overseeing all critical deliverables and ensuring that the program met strategic security objectives. Additionally, I played a key role in managing a MicroSegmentation project for a leading global food producer, significantly enhancing their network security. My work extended to training executive boards, such as preparing a major telecom provider for ransomware resilience through targeted TTX exercises.I was responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of cybersecurity programs for Canadian and U.S. clients, increasing engagement margins and ensuring consistent delivery success. As part of this role, I created and sold Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring that our project engagements were not only profitable but also strategically aligned with the clients' long-term goals. A particular highlight of my time at PwC was delivering a critical cybersecurity program for one of North America’s largest rail networks, which involved complying with new governmental regulations and developing a comprehensive three-year plan for their CyberSecurity center. As a Senior Project Manager at National Bank, I was responsible for all new payment projects related to emerging technologies, such as Mobile Payment and contactless payment initiatives. For two years, I managed a budget of $30M and approximately 150 resources to successfully execute our projects. I handled both IT integration (Central, SOA, etc.) and business integration (Marketing, internal communications, training). I also served as the point of contact for our suppliers and partners on these projects, managing an average of seven suppliers at all times. My daily tasks included leading weekly steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, planning, and performance reviews.
