Managing an in-house digital design team operating as an extension of various MTN SA stakeholders. This role requires experience in managing teams and negotiating with stakeholders, as well as resilience and the ability to deal with tense/high stress situations that may often arise as a result of the quick-turn requirements that are often briefed into the team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Spearheading the scheduling of work and assigning brief requests to a team of designers, copywriters and developers.- Prioritising work and engaging with the MTN SA client to ensure that outputs are met, on a daily basis.- Act as the manager to both internal teams and to the client to ensure the experiences and services we deliver are world-class.- Participate in project retrospectives and other internal initiatives to continually improve Helm's delivery to and reputation with its client.

The Discovery 947 Rhythm Run was a high energy dash around the track at the pristine Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit. Over 8000 runners got to experience this once-a-year chance to take to the track on foot, and test their pace over 4.7km or a double lap of 9km.
