With over 20 years of experience in health advocacy, I have a proven track record of creating impactful campaigns, programs, and education that address the needs and rights of people with eating disorders, PCOS, diabetes, and other conditions that are often stigmatized and marginalized by society.As a trauma-informed lived experience expert, I also provide coaching and guidance to higher weight individuals who face weight bias and discrimination in various aspects of their lives, from healthcare to employment to leisure activities. I am passionate about empowering people to reclaim their dignity, respect, and well-being, and to challenge the systemic and cultural barriers that prevent them from accessing quality care and opportunities. As a leading global speaker, I share my insights and expertise on topics such as body size discrimination, weight stigma, health equity, trauma recovery, and intersectional oppressions, reaching diverse and influential audiences around the world.
