I started out as a customer service rep, job duties included preparing quotes for customers, writing up sales orders for our customers and answering any questions . I became proficient in Window Excel, and Quickbooks Programs. I also ran a Cad program that the company used to make a digital template of the counter tops. This program exported the Template to a cad file for our Design & Engineers department in which they use it to fabricate the counter top. I was promoted to an outside sales rep in charge of the companies Commercial Sales. My job duties included reading Commercial Blue Prints and preparing bid proposals for General Contractors. I also did some product seminars with design architects with our product supplies. I did sales calls and met with project managers and worked with the general contractors from the beginning of the project to the final inspections.

I was the 2nd Van operator for Randy Ritzheimer's Tool Franchise. I serviced and sold tools to mechanics, and shop owners at various shops around the St Louis area. I initiate contracts, collect payments, renegotiated payments and if necessary, repossess tools. I repaired or replace tools for my customers. I reorder tools for my inventory and customers. I was also in charge of the inventory control on my truck, promoting specials and making contests and raffles for my customers.Our franchise was in the top 10 of the St louis Branch in collections and in the top 15 in branch purchases. The franchise was also in the top 100 Franchises in the Snap-On Midwest Region.
