Seconded to the client side as part of NTUC Income's Digital Transformation Office. Collaborated closely with the Android team and HIVE's regional division to deliver SaaS solutions to key markets, including Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.Android (Income's Joint Venture with BCG Digital Venture)- Conducted user research (e.g. user interviews and testing, crafting customer journey map) with Income advisors- Created information architecture, user flow, wireframes, and prototypes for advisors' portal.- Worked with stakeholders such as product managers, tech product managers, business teams, and developers to deliver desired product features such as pre-appointment personalised info board. - Maintained and contributed to design system HIVE by INCOME (insurance as a service platform)- Worked closely with the regional team to understand needs and developed scaleable design solutions (e.g. building the middleware channel that can be embedded in platform partners) that catered to their SaaS requirements. - Developed user flows based on insights uncovered from focus groups with clients' customer groups.- Led UI/UX design for customer journey ranging from enrolment, insurance products to customer claims- Supported design of campaign collaterals to help drive marketing efforts across Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam (e.g. micro-insurance targeting gig workers, and supermarket shoppers), resulting in improved sales enablement and customer engagement.- Revamped HIVE's website to improve branding and marketing. - Designed HIVE's admin portal for insurers, platform partners, and internal users.

X Wooshi, Scenario CardsSaladstop! X Wooshi: Wooshi is a fast food sushi chain which just started out last year in collaboration with SaladStop!. Key challenges they face is to engage customers on social media platforms as well as first time customers took much longer time to orientate themselves to the menu items. Client took advice from our research and implemented our content strategy suggested and improved social media engagement through interactive instagram AR filters and improved their current oddle order platform.Scenario Card: Kickstarter project which exceeded funding by 2500%.We develop a scenario mobile application to further explore the possibility of transforming the physical card playing experience to a digital one to aid users to have meaningful conversations at their convenience especially in the time of covid period.

During five years with AZD, I serviced key accounts and delivered brand identity and communications assets for clients across the finance, government, hospitality and non-profit sectors. From creative direction and conceptualisation to executing print and digital designs, my portfolio extends across logo and infographic design, character design and storyboarding, to eDMs, books and brochures.
