Aus coast energy private limited is switch board and panel manufacturer specialising in residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects.As a intern Engineer, I performed daily duties such as drafting of single line diagram, IP enclosures, sizing of electrical components and other duties assigned by the Manager. In order to gain much idea about distribution system, I have studied various distribution systems SLD that were manufactured by company and in currently in-operation. Moreover, I have worked on designing the off grid PV system and grid tied solar with energy storage system. Further, I also engaged in designing of power and control circuit to pump the water in and out of overhead water tank.

Constructing of 2x40MVA , 220/33kV Transformer s, 33KV Gas insulated Substation, 16x5MVA, 33/.415 kV Substation at Dagapela, Dagana Bhutan( completed).4. Constructing of 2x40MVA , 220/33kV Transformers, 33kV GIS, Substation, 16x5MVA 33/.415 kV Transformer and associated work at Samcholing, Trongsa, Bhutan.5. Construction of 66/33kV Gas Insulated Substation, 2x5MVA 66/33kV Transformers and associated work at Damji, Gasa, Bhutan. 6. Constructing of 6x33kV Double circuit Distribution line from BPC Substation to DHI project site at Jamjee, Thimphu.7. Constructing of 48 km single circuit transmission line from Pangrizampa, Thimphu to Damji in Gasa, Bhutan.Key Responsibilities:• Executing substation electrical work such as installation of electrical components, testing and commissioning work like Transformers, Control and relay panels, SCADA, ACDB, DCDB, electrical wiring works, control and HV cabling works as per the technical specification in contract and the approved drawings.• Resolving the site issues related to drawings, site layout & settings, and guiding the supervisors and technician in carrying out their duties.• Planning and implementing daily work as per approved drawings and ensuring the quality in accordance with technical specifications and drawings.• Creating the project in SAP ERP system , work break down structure to fund centre mapping, budgeting in system, project settlement, asset management through SAP Material Management and capitalization of the work after completion.

Gammon India Limited (T&D Business) is one of the leading EPC Companies with global exposure in Extra High Voltage Transmission Line and Distribution projects since 1984.Company have in-house facility for Design, Testing and Tower manufacturing capacity (110,000 TPA) since 1994 and have supplied towers / structures over 6,00,000 metric tons including 87,000 metric tons to various countries.Key Projects:Design, Engineering, Supply and Construction of 400kV double circuit Transmission line from PHPA 1 to Lhamoiziongkha, Bhutan bordering India.Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management and monitoring of the work activities such as tower spotting works along the identified route, closely involved with surveyor and client regarding finalization of tower locations.2. Monitoring of the quality of the tower foundation works, tower erection works and stringing works.3. Preparation of site requisitions, tower material collection, and segregation work monitoring.4. Planning the stringing works, sagging towers, checking the electrical clearance and tower footing resistance.5. Joint Measurement of work and Billing works.Managing the project site, coordinating the meeting for discussing daily program and progress.5. Testing of soil resistivity, carrying out substation Mat earthing, and confirming as per requirement.6. Preparing tower schedule, bill reconciliation, and site monitoring of the works such as foundation, erection, and stringing of the conductor.7. Preparing of tower schedule, tower material schedule, hardware fitting schedule and conductor drum schedule for 66kV transmission line construction works.
