I mainly managed gallery operations part-time and provided guidance on exhibited artworks. I've also promoted art at ART SG 2023 and 2024 as a Gallery Associate. My work included crafting wall texts for exhibitions, creating factsheets and artwork lists on ArtLogic, consignment agreements, and handling various administrative tasks.

Volunteer member of Kolektif, the youth programme under the National Gallery- Worked in a team to curate and execute the programme, The Art of Letting Go (TAOLG) for Light to Night Festival 2022, as part of Singapore Art Week (SAW) 2022- TAOLG delivered and met the objectives of allowing participants to engage with the selected artworks in the Singapore DBS Gallery to participate in various ways of letting go (of a person, a memory etc.)- Facilitated the programme over 3 weekends of the Kolektif Takeover during SAW 2022- Collaborated with local creators and internal stakeholders for Kolektif Krossover, a collaborative project that supports and brings awareness to young creatives to design and executed a digital and on-site project that was showcased at the Gallery- The project was refined and executed through content creation, liaising with collaborators, resource planning, risk management amidst Covid-19 regulations, and time management.

- Created social media and marketing collaterals from Singapore Symphony Orchestra's (SSO) website, Singapore International Piano Festival to VCHPresents and National Piano & Violin Competition's social media accounts- Planned and produced content for SSO's mobile app on their social media accounts and the app itself, produced video content with assistance from the team- Developed content for National Piano & Violin Competition's Facebook page over the course of the application period - Assisted with video production from shoots, transcribing SSO's YouTube videos

- Assisted with day-to-day support of media release printings- Packing and delivering of media kits for media drops - Tracking client coverage to generate publicity and clipping reports- Updated the company’s Facebook page weekly by sourcing for online articles related to food and posting clients' news coverage with crafted copies - Assisted social media team with lighting and food styling on photoshoots- Edited food photography visuals with Lightroom and Photoshop, and searched for relevant hashtags and articles for increase in engagement
