Key responsibilities:- Analyse financial data, agreements and contracts, identifying key areas and risk- Team lead in review, execution and preparing Financial Due Diligence report- Involve in execution and preparation of valuation reports- Involve in internal audit review for company in Shenzhen, China and Philippines - Involve in carrying out forensic investigations, liaising with lawyers and prepare expert report- Client management - Presentation on audit findings

-Forensic Audit team. -Responsibile of preparing special audit report writing, communicate and advise clients. -Responsible of carrying out Financial Due Diligence review, liaising and communicate with client-Presentation on audit findings-internal audit on sales and purchase cycle, preparing reports and comments on the cycle.-Organizing company activities for the firm.

-Carry out statutory audit and stock take annually-Generate and prepare audit reports in PERS. Occasionaly MFRS -Familiar with audit express software. -Setting up appointment and liaising with client-Experience in auditing JMB accounts, developer, manufacturing, construction, private entity accounts.
