Key responsibilities:- Analyse financial data, agreements and contracts, identifying key areas and risk- Team lead in review, execution and preparing Financial Due Diligence report- Involve in execution and preparation of valuation reports- Involve in internal audit review for company in Shenzhen, China and Philippines - Involve in carrying out forensic investigations, liaising with lawyers and prepare expert report- Client management - Presentation on audit findings
