As the Employee Experience Coordinator, I was responsible for Mindfield's community outreach programs, building their employee brand and generating initiatives that drove employee engagement. I was apart of the People & Culture team, which allowed me to build on and utilize my event planning, marketing and HR skills, all wrapped up in one role.
