🔹 Passionate Advocate 🔹 Educational Innovator 🔹 Change MakerFrom a young age, I've been driven by a deep sense of justice and a passion for problem solving, innovation and technology.During my career I have developed STEAM programs for two companies that deliver children's services throughout Australia.As a consultant, I have supported childcare operators Australia-wide to enhance their business practices and service quality.This year, I actively participated in the Productivity Commission's Inquiry and Fair Work Commission's Gender Undervaluation, contributing insights to shape policies affecting thousands of educators and children nationwide. Recognising the need for accessible information, I create engaging content on TikTok for the early childhood community, helping over 10,000 educators understand national regulations and their employment rights.To promote professional development, I designed a suite of digital games free for early childhood centres to use in staff meetings, fostering critical reflection on topics relevant to the National Quality Framework.This year, my commitment to education led me to launch two web apps, designed specifically to address excess workloads and limited development in Early Childhood Education.I'm excited to connect with fellow professionals, educators, and organizations who share a vision for transformative change in early childhood education.
