-Passenger Check-in according to company/client SOP's (Company flights & other foreign Airlines) -Providing information to passengers about flight times, gate changes, delays, and other information.-Processing boarding passes, checking identification documents.-Coordinating with relevant personnel for wheelchair boarding procedures and helping passengers with disabilities to board the aircraft-Performing safety checks for pre-boarding the aircraft to ensure that emergency exits adequately occupied by suitable passengers and making sure the passenger is aware of this responsibility.-Passenger Boarding -Departure lounge Supervisor duties -Handling customer complaints, helping resolve disputes.
