· TA for a freshman chemistry class my sophomore year, 2020.· Covid-19 Contact Tracing for Widener, certified by Johns Hopkins University, 2020.· GA for a professor at Widener University, where I grade all the course work and tutor for all BME courses, 2023-2024.

· Collaborated with four students to develop a device that measures oxygen saturation levels (SpO2) and pulse rate from simulation mannequins to reflect clinical situations.· This project won Widener's Dean's Award for Best Poster Presentation.

RA – Rehabilitation Methods for Spinal Cord Injuries in Rat Models.· In 2020 I worked with Dr. Anita Singh where we tested different rehabilitation methods for spinal cord injuries in Rat models.· I used a micro-CT machine to image rat femurs and then calculate moment of inertia using ImageJ, along with compression tests on the femurs.

RA – Organ Communication in Age related Diseases.· In 2022-2023 I worked with Dr. Aylin Acun where we aimed to understand organ communication in age related diseases, specifically the heart and liver.· I worked with the HepG2 (liver cancer) cell line in vitro to try and determine the best possible conditions to age the cells in for an accurate representation of an aged model.· The secretions of the aged liver model will then be exposed to stem cell derived cardiomyocytes to study the paracrine communication of aged liver and heart tissues.· I performed cell cultures, staining/immunostaining, cell passaging, cell counting, cell imaging, data analysis, and daily cell maintenance.· While also becoming very proficient in aseptic procedures, and routine maintenance on lab equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, autoclaves, and water baths etc.
