I've been with Crossroads for 2 years. Crossroads mission is to hire formerly incarcerated individuals looking to better their lives and stay on the right path. It's a great mission we're on here! I started out as a solar panel assembler and have moved my way up to office administrator. I have experience in just about every area of assembly for our panels and am looking forward to learning much more of the "behind the scenes" business aspect of my company!
