Handling McDonald's Egypt AccountKey Responsibilities: -Being a liaison between the Client and all respective Agency departments and third parties such as Creative/Finance/Media Department, Production Houses and Graphic Houses-Setting up conferences calls/meetings required between Agency, Client and any third party involved, following up with a Contact Report-Writing all briefs and materials required for the Creative department and answering any queries from the Creative department concerning the briefs -Following up with the Creative department to ensure that we meet the Client's deadlines, requirements and objectives-Handling production jobs such as initiating bids for a TVC, then reviewing the quotes with a senior and follow through the process of selecting a production house and assisting them in whichever way possible.-Handle VO recording (for demos and radios), Cut-downs and Tapes Transfers
