As a Senior at the University of Pittsburgh, I am completing my Bachelor of Arts in Law, Criminal Justice, and Society, with minors in Social Work, Public Service, and Africana Studies. My academic foundation is further strengthened by a Human Rights and Social Justice certification, highlighting my dedication to advocacy and social equity.Currently, I serve as an Employee Relations Specialist at Hershey Company. I am responsible for addressing workplace issues, guiding management and employees through conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. My role involves balancing the organization's and its employees' needs and fostering a positive work environment where all voices are heard.I also hold leadership positions as the Grammateus and Tamiochus of the Theta Nu chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and serve as the Vice President of the Black Legal Society. Additionally, I am an active member of Trio SSS and Legal Pathways. These roles have honed my leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and have deepened my understanding of the intersection between legal systems and social justice.Driven by a passion for service and leadership, I am committed to applying my skills and knowledge to create positive change both in the workplace and in the community.
