I'm a soon-to-be licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping others navigate their mental health journeys. I truly believe that therapy is a partnership, where both the therapist and the client work together to create positive change and growth. With a background in psychology and years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to providing personalized and empathetic therapy to my clients. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions, and ultimately find healing.My passion for mental health and helping others led me to pursue a career in therapy. I am a strong advocate for destigmatizing mental health and promoting self-care. I specialize in dialectical behavioral therapy, which focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.Outside of my work, you can find me walking outside, spending time with family and friends, curled up with a good book, or watching tv. I am always eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally, and am constantly seeking out new ways to better serve my clients.
