A well-aligned leadership team builds the company culture and motivates one another to strive toward the next level of success.Cheyenne’s career began in Social Work working within the mental health and senior citizen populations. Always having an interest in self-awareness and leadership, her focus on helping others shifted to helping business leaders and guided her. to earn a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. During her dissertation research, she interviewed over 200 small businesses in the Lehigh Valley on the topic of employee engagement.To help clients explore their purpose, goals, and action plan, Cheyenne maintains certification as a Gravitas Impact Coach, a High Performance Coach (CHPC), a DiSC and Myers-Briggs Facilitator. She also has experience with Gallup StrengthsFinder. In addition to her Ph.D., Cheyenne holds a B.S. and M.S. in Social Work.When not at work, Cheyenne enjoys spending quality time with her husband, 3 sons and 2 fur babies.
