As a bootcamp trainer I’m concerned with full-body workout using bodyweight exercises in nature, ranging from high intensity (cardiovascular), (muscle) strength, agility, explosiveness to endurance to sculpt a healthy and strong body. - Responsible for several hours of group-workout per week at various outdoor locations- Lead and take care of a group of people with a wide variety in sport backgrounds - Re-invent, innovate and create new ‘playfull’ workouts- Motivate, advice and correct on body posture

I graduated within the think tank the Why Factory, lead by both Delft University of Technology and MVRDV. The Why Factory is a think tank, with a strong emphasis on new visions and approaches for the city of the future. In my graduation project, Active architecture versus a sedentary lifestyle, I researched how the daily working and living environment could be transformed to enhance a more active lifestyle, with less sedentary behavior, as a way to improve general health. With physical activity as key point I challenged existing thinking over the working and living environment in the quest for optimized and exciting design solutions. To come up with data estimation on health improvement, I did in-depth analytical research, literature research, consulted experts,made some visual quantification and did physical experiments. Learning Points: Research-based designing, Prototyping, Visual quantification, Predictive (out of the box) thinking, Supporting Skills (Rhino + Grasshopper)

As assistent Architect at AGS Architects I worked mainly on two project, Poppodium Doornroosje in Nijmegen and Maarland School in Brielle. The Doornroosje project was a design of a new Music Venue with on top student housing. For this project I made studies on the aesthetics of the facade, the organization of the interior of the venue halls (sightlines), the connection and design of the bicycle cellar. I also provided graphical support. The Maarlandschool was a redevelopment project of an existing building for specialized education.For the School project I worked on the redevelopment vision, it's concept, organization and broad outlines and I supervised this project. As intern at AGS Architects I worked within the preliminary design phases on several short term projects, which were mostly competitions and tenders. The assigments ranged from small design assigments, urban studies, 3D modelling to visual support. Learning Points: Working methodically, structuring of work, professionalisation of software use (sketchup, Adobe Suite)
