Hello! I am a University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business Graduate where I majored in Human Resources Management. I am currently continuing my education as a master of human resources student at the Darla Moore School of Business and an HR intern for PepsiCo's Frito-Lay sales team in Chicago.I believe emotional intelligence is the key to being an exceptional leader. The five basic components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills are essential to thriving (versus just surviving) in your professional and personal life.
