TAWA Supermarket Inc. is a supermarket chain that was established due to a cultural gap in the American supermarkets. Determined to always provide the best products and services to the communities they serve, the company strives to try harder in every aspect of the business — whether if it's through expanding the business in places to help others feel at home, offering better and affordable products and services, or even partnering up with community involvement programs. As a Marketing Assistant, I worked in various aspects of Marketing (from promotions and social media to finances and customer service) to support TAWA's cause of always trying harder for the communities they serve.● Drafted marketing proposals ● Created the official slogans for Tawa Charitable Foundation and BF’s Toast Box. ● Wrote product articles for consumers and warehouse buyers. ● Assisted in processing purchasing orders, goods receipts, and debit memos via SAP. ● Assisted in creating bar codes for special promotions and gift cards. ● Allocated expenses from the Marketing and E-Commerce departments via Concur Solutions. ● Worked with the customer service team to manage phone lines (via AirCall) and email (via Hubspot). ● Social Media Manager of Instagram for Cravings by 99 Ranch and the 99 Ranch Tiktok.

Discord is a voice, video, and text communication service where users can join and/or create communities to connect with others. As a Discord Operator for Friendscord, I worked with a team to manage and moderate a community of 33k+ users to maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere.● Assisted with the hiring, interviewing, and promotion of new and current staff members. ● Utilized problem-solving skills during interventions while exercising non-biased judgment.● Worked with moderation and fun bots such as Wick, Dyno, YAGPDB.xyz, Mimu, Rythm, Groovy, etc. ● Handled, replied and addressed to incoming server reports according to the server rules and Discord's ToS. ● Attended to server tickets regarding user and/or party disputes, user verification, and bot malfunctions. ● Served as a point of communication between community members, helpers, moderators, and server CEO. The Wellness Initiative in Social Ecology (WISE) is a new and rising wellness resource for the UCI community after recognizing the greater need for more mental health and wellness resources and an appreciation that counseling services aren't fully able to meet the need both in terms of quantity and variety of services. The WISE team aims to destigmatize mental illnesses and increase access to mental health uses and resources. As the Social Media Director, I helped to spread awareness of WISE's activities and resources to college students and eventually to the general public. ●Created logo, infographics, flyers, and promotional materials for WISE activities, events, and event highlights. ●Created and managed the WISE Wix website, Instagram, and Discord server for public activities and resources. ●Worked closely with the Co-Chairs behind the scenes to plan and provide wellness and mental health programs and resources to college students.●Researched various prevalent mental health topics to make comprehensive blogs and social media posts designed to educate and spread awareness.

The American Heart Association's Intern-Volunteer Program challenged students to create, plan, and make their own impact on the community — furthering the American Heart Association's mission of being a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. As the Vice President and a board member of the program, I worked alongside program supervisor, Michael Lara, to help oversee the program's operations and tasks, check-in and/or assisted with interns and volunteers on their tasks and responsibilities, and helped to maintain a welcoming, educational and meaningful environment within the program.●Served as a point of communication and help for anyone that was lost or troubled. ●Worked alongside and assisted American Heart Association staff with events (such as HeartWalk, Go Red for Women, Healthy Fontana, webinars, etc.). ●Created resources and hosted workshops to aid interns and volunteers with their tasks and responsibilities.● Interviewed and onboarded incoming interns and volunteers● Collaborated with supervisor, interns and volunteers to raise $60,000 dollars for campaigns such as the 2021 Coachella Valley Heart & Stroke Walk. ●Hosted and collaborated with various outreach events to educate and bring awareness to various health topics including anxiety in youth stroke survivors, depression and its impact on our health, and tips to protect your heart from strokes and cardiovascular diseases.PromotionsVolunteer - Vice President - Vice President Advisor
