· I provided technical support for a higher education company. I assisted students and teachers with technical issues when using the schools online platforms. This was a work at home opportunity with lots independent work.

· I handled billing for 5 doctors offices. I occasionally contacted patients to resolve billing issues. Worked as a liaison between the Doctor's office, patients and Insurance companies to help ensure things ran smoothly.

· As a cashier part of my job was to greet customers and on occasion I had to resolve issues. I was responsible for balancing my till after every shift. I also sold membership upgrades and renewals to the store daily and even received a recognition for selling the most memberships in a month. I also worked with co-workers to close the store on a nightly basis.
