Client Delivery Executive
CurrentI currently work alongside two high-earning Wealth Advisers, delivering dedicate, quality customer service to their clients as their main point of contact. I book client meetings with clients, and ensure the Wealth Advisers are adhering to both our proposition and FCA regulations by servicing their clients as per our terms of business. I also assist the Wealth Advisers with tasks such as advice report shells, submitting variation requests to our Compliance department, updating clients' Attitude to Risk and agreed risk profiles. I have the responsibility of running reports for all clients and contacting them to discuss utilising their annual allowances and exemptions.
