Lead botanical teams and worked with others doing rare plant surveys, tree counts, vegetation mapping, construction monitoring, and nesting bird surveys. I left ICF because they did not give me the proper opportunities to grow my career, were under-utilizing my skill set, and pigeon-holed me on one project after several years of service.
