CONSTRUCTION SECTION Performed monitoring and inspection activities of public infrastructure projects of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Prepares cost estimates and bid proposals. Prepare detailed architectural estimates and quantity take-off. Prepares and process contract documents such as Variation/Change Order, Purchase Order, Progress Report, Billings, and Request for Contract Time Extension.  Liaise with contractor for site matter. Ensures that the quantity and quality of the material specifications ordered are met. Recommend and implement corrective measures if necessary. Conducts ocular site monitoring and inspection, and prepare defects and findings report. Prepared monthly progress reports of projects implemented under Department of Health (DOH) - Health Facilities Enhancement Program, Rainwater Collection System Projects, Philippine Amusement Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Silid-Aralan Projects under Basic Educational Facilities Fund to be presented to Secretary of Public Works, Secretary of Education, and other Government Top Management Committee. TECHNICAL DESIGN SECTION Prepare and review design analyses, specifications, quantity estimates and terms of reference.  Provides technical assistance in accordance to design specification. Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for materials purchase and quotations. Coordinates with consultants, owner, and subcontractors whenever there are discrepancies, issues or concerns on site. Prepare drawings for proposals, as-built plans, and fabrication drawings plans. Taking off of building works quantities and measurements on site. Supervise material requisitions and deliveries. Delegate and discuss daily task to subordinates. Attend site-show round and meeting with clients.PROJECTS INVOLVED1.
