Reporting to Group CEO, I have assumed the function of Chief Operating Officer and Director in various operating affiliates involved in Oil and Gas exploration and production, power generation, renewablesDirector (BOD Member) of Venezuelan Joint-Venture Petrozamora S.A. representing minority shareholder interest at the Board level. The Joint-Venture is vertically integrated with numerous in-house oil services and operates onshore and offshore (Lake Maracaibo) mature fields. In my Director role, I also engaged the company revising secondary recovery strategies (implementation of water injection, thermal methods for onshore heavy oil) as well as optimizing lifting methods (gas lift, ESP, rod pumps...) for both light and heavy oil production. The JV also operated 70 MW capacity of gas fired power generation capacity. Implemented transparent procedures for services contracting and procurement in an effort to enhance quality and reliability while controling OPEX and CAPEX.Main achievements : production rise by 18% to reach 110kbopd (max obtained in 2018), improvement in export capacity and oil quality and restored company personal motivational scheme. Creation of charity fund La Siembra.
