In this plant my responsibility is as Deputy Manager HRM,• Responsible for registration as per factory act and Certificate of registration under the Contractor Labour act 1970, Labour welfare Department• Responsible to get new PF registration for GNRPL, Issuing form V to contractors for Labour Licence. • Monitoring the contractors for their Labour Licence, their Half yearly & Yearly returns labour welfare as per the labour act.• Monitoring the Canteen facility, Guest House accommodation & Hired Vehicle for staff transportation.• Monitoring the security Guards activity and coordinate with security agency regarding duties & activities in plant premises.• Responsible for Local Village Gram Panchayat Liaising to manage them and issuance of NOC for plant related documentation.
