As Lead of IMCO's Change Management Center Of Excellence, CD is an organizational change catalyst for all of the firm's strategic initiatives. She acts as a trusted expert advisor to senior leadership while planning, leading and influencing key change outcomes alongside her team. Her work involves driving change fundamentals to the success of IMCO's 5 year strategy by partnering with cross functional business teams, executing action-oriented interventions and in turn ensuring business readiness and sustenance after implementation.

Designed and led the change strategy for the largest strategic initiative at Ontario public sector’s leading asset manager with over $70 billion in AUM. She provided change leadership throughout the initiative's lifecycle and was responsible for actively monitoring the adoption of the desired culture and people changes that the project was expected to bring about. In her role she enabled teams to translate strategic goals into actionable change results, focusing on moving teams forward, isolating the 'so what' while encouraging collaboration to identify the 'now what'.

- Conducted an organizational impact analysis for the rollout of KPMG US's first Diversity and Inclusion client-facing initiative for Rowan Industries, a Texas-based oil-drilling major. - Conducted current and future-state readiness assessments and using the data analysis to inform design, planning and implementation of Chevron Corp, a world oil major’s Digital Transformation Roadmap 2020. - Was involved in Change Management and delivery of the program that trained 45+ clinicians in continuous process improvement methodology across the State of New York’s Medicaid Program and included needs and impact assessments, scheduling, resource management, and training implementation and reporting to all stakeholders involved.- Designed and executed end-to-end structured stakeholder management and L&D plans for the transition following a spinoff and merger at Baxter Pharmaceuticals.- Developed all project related change management strategies and communications to engage key functions in an organization-wide CMO Build for Exelon Corp., US's leading energy provider.- Lead multiple Communities of Practice at the firm responsible for leveraging processes within KPMG and for partners in terms of solution capability.

- Led the creation and implementation of Change Management, Training and Communications strategies at Caterpillar Logistics’ global ECC6.0 Upgrade. This was aimed to maximize user engagement around the introduction of the upgraded technical solution across multiple SAP modules. It involved liaisoning with client teams across super users in six countries/Business Units and involved implementing an exhaustive ADDIE-based training program.- For IBM’s LEAN Centre of Excellence, she created an effective system for collection, organization, archiving and easy dissemination of information for team members through credential decks, process documents and demo artifacts. She also drove training implementation, developing related content, assisted with training data set-up and staging, completed evaluations and reported monthly dashboard metrics to all concerned stakeholders.- As Learning Consultant for IBM’s Value Creation Global Business (VCGB) Program, she was responsible for developing client-value reference documents spanning different verticals and key markets with specific focus on Industry Analysis, Strategy, Targets & Key Initiatives, Performance To-date & Market Peer Comparisons.

- Devised training and communication strategies for the phased rollout of the new global integrated web-enabled seat management system for all of Cognizant’s global locations.- Was responsible for mapping and analyzing operational and change management processes for Cognizant’s IT pertaining to License and Risk management, Compliance, SCM tool implementation, and IT Asset Management.- Managed strategic analysis of Stakeholder Impact and Business Impact Activities; formulation & review of project Change Management and Training strategy for Cognizant’s Marketing and Finance function.

- Developed content, conducted training and implemented Change Management interventions to prepare SanDisk Corp. for an SAP ECC 6.0 global implementation with minimum disruption to work processes and people functions across HCM, CRM, SRM, GTS, FICO, BI, PM, MM and QM modules.
