• Representing Departments in matters related to Cyber Security and commercial laws, Specifically Assisting in Domain Name, cyber fraud, cybersquatting matters of National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi (Recently secured a favorable order from the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi whereby the Hon'ble Court deleted NIXI from the array of parties in a dispute related to domain name)• Providing Legal Opinions on Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Registrar’s Agreement, participation in the bidding processes without NLD Licenses, License fees from IXP operation and IXP Related services along with revenues from other types of businesses/services namely IXP, ccTLD, NIR, Data Centre Services, Certifying Authority etc.• Drafted many S.34 petitions under the Arbitration Act, 1996 to set aside the Award passed by the Ld. Arbitrator (Recent one filed in March-April itself)• Assisted seniors on the matters pertaining to the issue of Cyber security and domain names and also secured a favorable order from Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in 2022 with respect to NIXI's role in protection of the domain names • Have appeared in matters which have become Landmark judgments of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi wherein the Hon'ble Court has directed MEITY, NIXI and other Departments to ensure Cyber Security• Actively assisted in drafting of the Action taken Report in the matter of Dabur India v. Ashok Kumar and Ors. pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and drafting legal clauses and provisions of the Digital India Act that is in making by the Parliament of India • Actively involved in assisting in other Commercial matters in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.• Actively appearing in Educational Matters of CBSE, NCERT, etc. before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and other District Court/Tribunals.
