We at WrightREE, partner with organisations to establish or support their People Strategy by bringing collaborative and efficient solutions and help them manage and build high performing teams. I am primarily managing company's Administration and Financial matters. I also support our delivery team with their projects on HR consulting and Recruitments. My key responsibilities in this area are:-1. Input into overall hiring strategy to ensure the teams consists of diverse set of qualified individuals2. Ensure we are ahead of the curve in terms of attracting and building the talent pipeline as per our client's needs3. Identify optimal sources of talent pool for both short term and futuristic needs.4. Supporting company's marketing and branding strategies time to time.
