Conducting job analysis for emerging Startups/Unicorn startups, mid-sized startup/ e-commerce/ internet clients in order to understand the client's requirements for different positions.2.Sourcing and Screening of resumes from job portals (Naukri.com) social networking sites (Linkedln), Head hunting, Referrals across all levels vacancies.3.
