Mr. SUM Chhay is a deputy managing partner at KHS & Partners who practices primarily in the fields of Corporate Law & Governance, Intellectual Property, Capital Market, and Dispute Resolution.Mr. Chhay is an Attorney-at-Law who admitted to practice law in Cambodia and also a commercial arbitrator listed on NCAC Panel of Arbitrators. He is also certified as Approved Person from Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) to be qualified in acting and providing legal services in Cambodian capital markets as well as professionally certified as Trademark Agent in Cambodia and Associate to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in the UK.Mr. Chhay received his LL.M degree with honors, majoring in commercial law, from Yonsei University, South Korea, under Korea Government Scholarship (GKS), and his LL.B degree from English Language Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) department, Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia.Mr. Chhay speaks Khmer, English, and Korean.
