Administration And Accounting Manager
CurrentAdministrative:- Support in managing the risk profile for the department by monitoring due date of contracts and support to prepare contract renewal with all the counter-parties.- Support internal and external audits within the department- Review administration reports and manage and control outsourcing contract- Support in developing and updating administration policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders- Managing removable storage media, PCs, and other equipment including facsimile as Information Asset Usage ManagerAccounting:- Recording transactions into accounting related system accurately- Prepare regular accounting reports,including but not limited to expenses reconciliation - Prepare internal budget and monitoring actual expenses align with the approved budget- Develop the key roles and implement to improve the internal control within department - Review all invoice and payment instructions as well as process payment in a timely manner.- Tax payment processing by review and work in partnership with service providers to process monthly tax preparation and payment to regulator- Mentor the team by support, coach and guide team on complex administration and accounting - Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation - Prepare with work with respective departments and management on plan term expense budget- Monitor actual expenses and analyze reasons if there is significant differentiation from budget Other Specific Assignment: Self- Inspection - Conduct monthly SI check for Information Security Items and the G&E items- Make sure cross checking function is being implemented at all level and areas in the unit- To make sure the unit is qualified and implementing standard procedure at the maximum standard- To enhance the implementation of compliance culture and mitigate the operational incident from happening in the unit.
