Floortopia was acquired in a private transaction in 2022.

Founder and CEO of WeCyte, a leader in cancer diagnostics. WeCyte’s cancer test, which used liquid biopsy to detect lung cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, bladder cancer, and melanoma was used by over 20,000 people per year. I raised venture financing and grew WeCyte to over 120 employees. The company was acquired by Tus Holdings for $150 million USD in 2019.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Scinor Water, a developer of utility-scale membrane-based water treatment technology. Grew the business to over 200 employees and raised financing from leading investors including Kleiner Perkins and China Investment Corp (CIC), eventually bringing it to its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2011. Scinor merged with Top Resource Energy (300332:Shenzhen) to form a $5 billion USD leader in water treatment.

Founder and CEO of Wotoo, a chain of over 200 internet cafes in China. Our flagship internet café in Beijing was the world’s largest, with 4,500 computers over four floors. Wotoo was a pioneer of the eSports industry, creating the World Cup in China, hosting on-site tournaments, backing world-ranked teams, and generating sponsorships from leading brands like Samsung. Wotoo was acquired by Beijing Capital (600008:Shanghai) in 2005.

Chief Strategy Officer for CNC Technologies, which developed industrial-scale water treatment technologies, focused on reverse osmosis and desalination. CNC plants treated over 100 million metric tons of recycled water per day. CNC built dozens of water treatment projects, which averaged over $100MM in value. CNC grew to become the 8th largest Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) firm in the world, and was acquired by Siemens for $2 billion USD.
