Through close collaboration with other ASML organizations like Manufacturing & Supply Chain.- Lead and supported system improvements, development of detailed specifications, and standard operating procedures based on industry and safety standards- Provided Knowledge Transfer (KT) presentations to field organizations and local engineers for newly-initiated structural solutions from the engineering department. - Led technical root-cause analysis and incident investigations (feedback loop) by analyzing Spotfire field data, utilizing 5xwhy problem solution metrics, and issue resolution management for tracking of field issues and initiation of structural solutions.
