Hello, my name is Chi! I’m a recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction and a minor in Economics. I’m passionate about using design and technology to solve real-world challenges, especially in areas like social good, sustainability, and emerging tech like AI and VR.Over the past three years, I co-chaired the Food Systems Working Group at the Center for Agroecology, giving me hands-on experience in project management, leading initiatives, collaborating with community partners, and promoting eco-friendly food systems on campus. It was an amazing opportunity to grow my leadership and communication skills while working toward something I care about deeply.At the same time, I was involved with the Tech4Good Lab at UCSC, starting as a UI/UX designer and later stepping into team lead and mentor roles. I loved helping guide the team and shaping projects focused on social impact through design.
