Chi Le is a Dietetics at CHEO. They is proficient in French, English and Vietnamese. Colleagues describe them as "Chi was an outstanding volunteer with the Canadian Liver Foundation, Eastern Ontario and supported the communications and marketing volunteer team as a group coordinator. As her supervisor at the time, it was clear that Chi is highly skilled in developing effective graphics to support health promotion and is a strong mentor. She would act as the point person with our region to gather tasks for the group and then coordinated the dispersion of work among her peers. Although Chi was quite capable of completing the requests single handedly, she would offer to support her team members in developing their skills based on her experience. She not only maintained to retain student volunteers in her group across semesters but she also was a key reason this group continued to expand this year. Tasks were always completed within the requested timeframe and Chi was exceptional at making sure she understood clearly what was being asked of each assignment which led to minimal revisions required. I would absolutely recommend Chi, without hesitation, to anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated team player with leadership qualities. "
