About Chi Lo

I am sustainable tourism practitioner with experience leading sustainability programs spanning several continents. I believe that travel and tourism can be a force for good – when done responsibly. I believe that tourism can be sustainable, and that it is up to us to make it so – to create awareness, drive uptake, work collectively – that we rise by lifting others. I have utilized skills such as relationship building, strategy development, and content creation, to impact key areas of international tourism development: standards and certification, diversity, equity and inclusion, environment and conservation, happiness and wellbeing, community, and cultural heritage. I offer consultation and coaching services to tourism and hospitality-related businesses and organizations and achieve their environmental and social impact goals.
