• Built live and archive chat feature using firebase and integrated it into the video transcoding system on AWS which makes Yahoo’s users able to see the archive chat during video playback.
• This chat feature fetches the archived chat message from firebase and generate playlist and similar WebVTT segmented files which are supported by the video player.

• Developed customized and responsive portfolio websites for clients by using React, Node.js, CSS3, MongoDB and Heroku resulting in successfully helping the client find the new job.

• Integrated Linux system on network cameras by focusing on system applications, network applications, root file system and web development.
• Revised firmware building scripts and firmware upgrade flow through rewriting makefile and rearranging the layout of pkg file, as well as adding many automatic scripts for being compatible with the new hardware platform.
• Built an internal firmware release tool using Python which automatically fetches bug information from server and packs all relevant release files resulting in help engineers save a lot of time.
• Designed automatic tools written in Python to generate complicated configuration files necessary for cameras resulting in expediting the development time.
• Designed a shared web UI for all series of cameras resulting in saving a lot of time on developing web UI individually.
• Tackled the backlash issue of the stepping motors in which driver softwares cannot specifically control the camera lens.
