10/99 - 7/01: CDMA Software IntegrationLead test engineer in CDMA Software Integration Group. Responsible for deliverable test and feature test in call processing area and software debugging for the Call Distributed Base Station Project. Independently resolved lab problems related to switch/Executive Call Processor/cell sites/mobile hand sets. Worked closely with developers to identify software/hardware problems.Lead feature test engineer - designed, implemented and executed test plan, configured Domestic and International Modular cells for testing new features that utilized the firewire bus to share data among multiple T1/E1s. 5/98 - 9/99: CDMA System TestResponsible for testing CDMA Series II cells, Micro cells and Modular Cells, in the Call Processing and OA&M area. Created and implemented Microcell call load test plans; lead tester in running Microcell call load. Responsible for engineering new MSC (Mobile Service Center) labs and provided consultation and technical support to Whippany wireless technical community. Responsible for analyzing software/hardware problems among all the 5ESS switches in the Whippany location. Software problems includes interpreting asserts and audits, errors application of software patches., loading new software for the switch and resolving 5ESS relational database problems. Implemented and tested the POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) feature, which utilizes one of the time slots of the wireless trunks from the MSC Responsible for planning to add STPs (Signal Transfer Points), linking all MSC labs together; as to offer ISUP(ISDN User Part) trunking for Short Message Service and caller ID features. Provided engineering input for growth expansion of the switch to meet users' demand.
