- Work closely with other departments (Warehouse, Production, Sale export, and R&D Team) for forecast, consumption, bean stock, delivery plan, and updated recipe- Assist manager on annual planning budget and activities of department, review contracts, agreements, policies, supporting programs and bonuses, etc. for fermenters and farmers- Play role as Sourcing consultant in Digital Transformation Traceability project cooperated with TraceVerified JSC: design and launch web-based for sourcing users and mobile app for fermenters- Participate in short term and long-term projects to expand Cacao community: Farmer seminars, Cacao fermentation center, MAROU branding at farms, etc.- Support Team administrative tasks on payment process, auditions, manuals and procedures guidance, reframe Team database, etc.- Coordinate Team: keep track, assign, and foster members’ tasks, host meetings, refine equipment and tools, etc.- Train newcomers and interns in Sourcing department- Organize and lead farm-tour for MAROU staff internal training, auditors, company partners, French filming reporters, or guesses

- Being in charge of Mekong Delta region: review contracts, suggest solutions, costing, policies, strategies, ensure bean quality & quantity by closely follow-up & give technical advice- Bean quality check on-farm, regularly visit and update supplier's situation- Do survey and Cacao mapping to find new suppliers, update cacao situation, market price, and market trend- Directly work, negotiate, and maintain good relationships with new and current suppliers- Provide forecast for the next year based on harvesting season and potential expansion in these areas- Lead farm-tour and do branding company images to auditors and guesses- Build up technical library with the Team, do research and experiments for better enhancement on bean quality- Being trained in a sensorial class of cocoa raw bean and chocolate tasting assessment

- Control production line: Assure all parameters in each machine fit operative requirements, do report if there are any problems- Check finished good packaging: Check printing date, weighting, swelling or deflation of package, and sealing errors- Assist in QC line: check quality of fried chips by several laboratory tests if assigned
