- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, implementation and resolving issues from Sales teams, Google's advertisers and vendor teams.- Work on implementations to validate and test support model ensuring that learnings can be passed to vendors.- Engage as needed on vertical escalations through official channels. Provide support via consults.

Vietnam

- Develop potential business and convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue- Maintain close business relationship with existing customers- Promote SML's products directly to clients via face-to-face contact- Perform sales demonstrations and presentations- Handle customers’ enquiries on products, services, pricing, etc. and follow their complaints.

Long Hau Industrial Park

- Accurate and timely entry of orders onto the order management system.- Liaising with Customers to confirm orders, gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed of progress.- Checking progress, lead-time and quantity for each order.- Liaising with planning/purchasing to ensure customer orders are prioritised and progressed.

Ho Chi Minh City

- Work directly with Seller and Buyer.- Manage sale contracts and brokerage contracts.- Supervising overall contract parties performance and progress (contract terms negotiation, deposit, payment, delivery, claim,...)- Informing those related and solving issues.
