Senior Merchandiser
CurrentThe primary responsibility is to work closely with the buyer and internal teamsto progress the order from the development stage to shipment.- Develop Time & Action (T/A) Calendar for every season based on different fabrications & different deliveries. Work with the factory for capacity and TNA.- Sourcing suitable suppliers based on customers’ inquiries and orders.- Expert in product development, costing, production planning, and working with clients, suppliers, and production factories.- Independently dealing with customers and Vendor/factory.- Evaluate and select potential suppliers by reviewing capability and facility.- Monitor on-time delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality.- Product presentation through samples and display to buyers during their visits.- Take the lead in resolving any potential and current issues with a cross-functional team to minimize the impact and manage on-time delivery- Visit factories for production tracking, validate production planning, output & efficiency
