In Vietnam, Shell manufactures, sells and markets premium lubricants products for cars and personal motorcycles to specialized means of transport such as heavy trucks and ships; for engines and industrial machines, under famous brands such as Shell Advance, Shell Helix, Shell Rimula, Shell Tellus, Shell Alexia, etc.• Carry out geographical market survey for understanding the market situation, including the potential customers’ needs and trends in the current market with the purpose of finding out the competitors’ activity status, identify our business opportunities and recommend strategic and action plans• To be controller of Distributor’s Stock and order of the category(ies) in charge• To solve/ handle issues related to in-charge category(ies) in distributor(s)• To provide supports in improving skills of distributor’s sales force• To support B2B ICAM in managing distributors to deliver agreed business plan objectives and targets in compliance with Shell General Business Principles and Health Safety Security Environment requirements• To deploy, check and update Shell D-SPANCOP at distributor site• To analyze distributor’s performance & make proposal for improvement with distributor owner on stock control, warehouses• To collect information of competitors’ activities in the market within the respective area and share with team for proper actions.• Build, develop and maintain good customer relations in the assigned territory• Prepare promotion campaigns for Distributors after receiving the campaigns from Sales Team Lead: Register with Department of Industry & Trade for all campaigns; Prepare contract agreement, get sign off from both Distributors and General Manager; record the contract; Launch the campaigns with ICAM and Distributors; Explain Distributors about bonus scheme for their execution
